L-open sets and lopen sets

As new classes of generalized open sets and generalized continuous functions, the notions of 𝐿-open sets, 𝐿∗-open sets, 𝐿-continuous functions, 𝐿∗-continuous functions and weakly 𝐿∗-continuous functions are introduced and investigated. It is proved that 𝐿-open sets form a topology and decomposition of continuity is obtained.
