Perception and behavior of village health volunteers in the prevention

The main objective of this study was to examine the perceptions and preventive behaviors of coronavirus disease 2019 among Health Village Volunteers (VHV) in KhuanKhanun Sub-district, Phatthalung Province, Thailand. This study was conducted out in such a cross- sectional circumstance. Purposive sampling was used to select 122 village health volunteers for data collection across a three-month period beginning in December 2021 and ending in February 2022. The online questionnaire instruments. As an inferential statistic, the descriptive and Spearman correlation coefficient statistics were used. Test with a 95% confidence interval. The study"es findings, when examined separately for each aspect, revealed that the perceived risk of contracting the coronavirus disease 2019, perception of the disease"es severity. The perceived benefits of preventing coronavirus disease 2 0 1 9 motivation, and action taken were all at an all- time high. Coronavirus disease prevention 2019 and co-factors had a high score on coronavirus disease prevention. Personal and practical duties of village health volunteers were found to be averaged at the highest level, and the overall effect of coronavirus disease 2019 was associated with a high level (r = 0.882) with disease prevention behaviors.
